The Mill House started out as a consignment piece, but about halfway through, I saw the painting going in a different direction. The consignment piece was completed, and Mill House became a stand-alone piece.
I incorporated my favorite subjects: water, birds, trees, and structure. This was about the time I was getting ready to venture into a different subject direction, such as Fly Fishing. Everyone has different tastes. I find this piece appeals to many and is affordable and easy to use in decor.
